Subject : Prayer for increasing common room facilities
Sir,
We would like to draw your kind attention to the following fact that our school has a common room but it does not have enough facilities. We do not have enough chairs and tables for the students. We do not have enough indoor games materials and newspapers and journals. For that, we cannot utilize our leisure time properly. We have to waste our time doing nothing. So we need some more materials here in our common room.
We therefore pray and hope that you would be kind to take immediate steps to increase common room facilities and oblige thereby.
